This isn’t a support role. It’s an ownership role.

You won’t be cold calling.
You won’t be chasing new sales.

Instead, you’ll take brand-new clients from
“I’m not sure how this works…”

to

“Wow. This is changing my business.”

You’ll lead onboarding Zoom calls with energy and confidence. You’ll walk clinic owners through our CRM and marketing systems. You’ll make sure their website, lead capture tools, and automations are live and working. You’ll check in before problems escalate. You’ll celebrate wins when their leads increase and their calendar fills up.

You won’t just manage accounts, you’ll drive outcomes.

Who thrives here?

You probably have 2–4 years in SaaS Customer Success, onboarding, or account management.

You’ve:

• Run live Zoom calls with clients

• Worked inside a CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)

• Managed multiple accounts at once

• Helped clients actually adopt the systems they paid for

You understand that great Customer Success isn’t reactive, it’s proactive. It’s structured. It’s confident. It’s sometimes holding a client accountable to the plan.

You don’t need to be a developer. But if words like workflows, funnels, automations, integrations, and dashboards feel familiar, you’re in the right territory.

Job Details:

• Location: Celebration, Florida (In-office, Full-time)
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)
