As the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)  Strategies Specialist you will be a vital member of the Paul Gough Media team, In particular its  Marketing Agency division, in leading our Customer Relationship Program. You will be at the front end of designing and executing of CRM campaigns not only for the company, but for our clients also worldwide.

As you delve deeper into the role, you will be a key player in bringing new innovate ideas to the table on how we can continually improve our usage of the CRM, to deliver a world class end to end experience, for both Clients and Business alike.

We are looking for someone, who thrives on creating new systems & processes through automation and as such the ideal candidate will need 2-3+ years’ experience of hands on experience with CRM’s, who can really take initiative and find new trends/ideas to boost the business.

What started as a single physiotherapy practice in Hartlepool has now evolved to a chain of four clinics in the North East and due to the success of those clinics Paul has established one of the worlds most sought after Marketing and Consulting businesses for Health care businesses looking to grow sales and profits (Paul Gough Media LLC).

Skills/experience required:
 

  • Ability to create a CRM campaign from scratch
  • Ability to report effectiveness of campaigns in a CRM (click rates, open rates, effectiveness)
  • Ability to optimise campaigns for conversions - meaning that if someone interacts with an email/action, they have an understanding of being able to create a specific pathway for the lead based off of their interactions
  • Can describe and talk through the importance and need for consistent follow up 
  • Is fluent in marketing and sales copy (for emails, messages and follow up)
  • Team player - wants to be in the office and part of a team of other A players
  • Proven track record of being able to meet important DEADLINES
  • A love of accountability and the ability to create a culture that adheres to daily, weekly month rituals (with zero tolerance for excuses)
  • Minimum of 2+3 years working closely with CRM’s
  • Diligent in delivering accurate and reliable information
  • A love of ANALYSING Trends and Automation
  • Highly competent in preparing, reviewing and advising on factual data


Location : Celebration, Florida 
In office, full time, 9-5:30, Mon- Fri
Comp: $60,000-$80,000
