PG Media is an Education and training business that operates in multiple countries, supporting business owners around the world, to run successful businesses free from the pain of insurance and allowing them to be paid their worth for the invaluable services they provide.  The company has grown from the ground up, starting inside Pauls very own Clinics in the UK (That continue to operate and grow) and then given to our community. We pride ourselves on being the first to do anything, making it work and then giving it out to other business owners to support them in their pursuit to Run successful practises, whether it be Marketing, Finance or Operations.

You’ll be responsible for the following

• Weekly/Monthly meetings with CEO to discuss strategies moving forward
• Designing/Implementing the marketing Plan
• Making PG Media, The Number one in Lead Generation Marketing by driving Leads from a multitude of channels.
• Oversee developmental and execution of each project
• Leveraging PG Media’s Digital Assets
• Grow and maintain current marketing team in alignment with Sales to support companies’ ambitious growth plans

To be a success in this role, truly you need to love Lead Gen Marketing!  You’ll be working every day with our CRM (Infusionsoft) to drive performance, Understanding the numbers to tell the story of our success and how we can keep “moving the needle” little by little. You should be passionate and have an unerring willingness to learn and stay ahead of the game, whether it be new software, marketing practises etc. You’ll need to be a great communicator, to lead and support not only your team but the wider company in meetings. We don’t believe that businesses should work in silos, but as a broader team, Meaning the successful person will enjoy embracing constructive conflict from Sales/ Finance and having ideas challenged with one thought in mind, to put the company further forward than it was yesterday.

Salary $50,000- $60,000 **
