Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a Client Success Manager who will be the face of our company for new and existing clients. Your role is to ensure clients feel confident, supported, and successful in using our marketing services and PhysioFunnels CRM. From onboarding and training to ongoing support, you will guide clients every step of the way, ensuring they see real results from our solutions.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, problem-solving, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Training
- Welcome and guide new clients through a structured onboarding process, ensuring they understand and feel comfortable using our marketing tools.
- Lead engaging and easy-to-follow training sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, to help clients maximize the benefits of our services.
- Act as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth transition into our marketing ecosystem.
Ongoing Client Success & Support
- Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring they stay engaged and continue seeing success with our marketing and automation tools.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and offer recommendations to improve client outcomes.
- Serve as the go-to resource for clients, answering questions and providing best practices to ensure they get the most out of our services.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with our internal teams to improve training materials, refine onboarding processes, and enhance overall client experience.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve our services and CRM tools.
- Identify opportunities to help clients grow their businesses further with additional services we offer.

Job Details
- Location: Celebration, Florida (In-office, Full-time)
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)
