Why This Role Exists
Our top-tier clients expect strategic guidance and flawless execution. We need a hybrid Account Manager + Digital Marketing Assistant who can:
Own a book of 8-12 high-value accounts
Keep content calendars, launch dates, and creative teams perfectly in sync
Jump in to polish copy or storyboard a quick video when speed demands it
Deliver a concierge-level experience on every call, email, or Slack message

Key Responsibilities
Lead Client Relationships | Run monthly strategy calls, present performance insights in plain English, and become each clinic owner’s trusted advisor. |
Project & Calendar Management | Build and own campaign timelines in Monday.com; coordinate designers, writers, and media buyers so nothing slips. |
Content Support | Draft or refine emails, social captions, and landing-page copy; brainstorm hooks, angles, and quick-turn creatives. |
Quality Control | Proof every deliverable before the client sees it—links work, brand voice is tight, data is accurate. |
Internal Leadership | Mentor a Marketing Assistant; streamline SOPs; flag resource gaps before they become fires. |
Upsell & Renew | Spot new opportunities, scope them, and partner with Sales to close additional work. |
What You Need to Succeed
3+ years in a digital-marketing or creative-agency account role
Proven record of juggling multiple calendars, budgets, and project teams
Comfortable on client Zooms, Slack huddles, and the occasional in-person meeting
Working knowledge of email marketing, paid ads, social strategy, and funnel basics
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Monday.com (or Asana/Trello), and a CRM (Keap/GoHighLevel ideal)
Sharp eye for detail—your briefs, proofs, and reports leave no loose ends
Hungry, Humble, Smart: you chase targets, invite feedback, and read people quickly
Nice-to-Haves
Meta Ads or Google Ads dashboard familiarity
Basic design/video chops (Canva, Adobe, Final Cut) for quick edits
Event-planning exposure (workshops, mastermind retreats)

Location & Compensation
Location: Celebration, Florida
Schedule: In-office, full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)
