What You’ll Do
Social Media Management & Public Liaison
Engage with followers across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube comments/DMs to cultivate community.
Monitor trends and recommend content pivots to keep our channels fresh.
Client Interviews & Testimonials
Coordinate and conduct on-camera interviews with clinic owners and CEOs—planning questions, ensuring audio/video quality, and capturing authentic success stories.
Edit testimonials into polished videos and quote-graphics for web, email, and social.
Content Creation & Copywriting
Draft and design weekly newsletters, blog posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Write social captions, website copy, and scripts that align with our brand voice.
Strategic Planning & Collaboration
Join monthly and quarterly marketing meetings to shape the editorial calendar and campaign roadmaps.
Provide creative input on themes, video concepts, and distribution strategies.
Collaborate with videographers, designers, and strategists to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Production & Quality Control
Assist on-site with lighting setups, camera operation, and sound capture when needed.
Finalize all media assets—color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, captions, and thumbnails—to broadcast quality.
Experience & Qualifications
Required:
4+ years of video editing experience
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
Proven track record editing YouTube and social-media content
Strong file organization and media management skills
Preferred:
Experience with After Effects and animation techniques
Advanced graphic-design abilities (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Familiarity with additional editing tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
Background in healthcare or B2B marketing production
