As our company continues to grow rapidly, we're looking for a driven and energetic Business Growth Advisor to help generate opportunities and fuel the next phase of growth. This role is critical in connecting business owners with solutions that can transform how they operate and serve their clients.
Our office in Celebration, Florida, is fast-paced, collaborative, and filled with people who care deeply about results, growth, and helping clients succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Follow up with inbound leads, referrals, current database contacts, and warm opportunities generated through our marketing efforts.
- Engage with prospects through phone calls, text messages, email, social media, and direct outreach.
- Build relationships and identify business owners who could benefit from our solutions.
- Qualify opportunities and book appointments for the sales team.
- Consistently move leads through the pipeline with strong follow-up and communication.
- Make 150–200 calls per day and thrive in a high-activity sales environment.
- Use and improve scripts, messaging, and sales processes.
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, lead notes, and follow-up timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and education teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Hit weekly and monthly activity, appointment, and performance goals.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, SDR, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and is comfortable on the phone and in writing.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport quickly.
- Competitive and confident, with the maturity and self-awareness to embrace coaching and continuously improve.
- Comfortable making 150–200 outbound calls per day and energized by a high-volume environment.
- Resilient, disciplined, and motivated by measurable goals and performance metrics.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented—nothing slips through the cracks.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales workflows preferred.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Excited by innovation and passionate about helping businesses grow.
What We Will Provide for You
Guaranteed Base Pay
$45,000–$50,000 annually based on experience.

Warm Lead Pipeline
You'll be working with prospects already familiar with our brand through referrals, existing databases, and marketing efforts. While these are warm opportunities, this role still requires a high level of daily phone activity, persistence, and follow-up.
