Due to the rapid growth of our training and education department, we are now able to offer you the opportunity to help us continue expansion with a key role in our Operations and Client Success team. 

Your primary role will be to develop a strong relationship with our ever expanding client base, providing operational support to our high level clients and keeping our retention rates high. You will support our business coaches with calendar management to maximise productivity and ensure consistent daily operations. You will also assist in organising exciting events across the USA and UK.  

Being “organized” should be a top priority in your life and must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects, while simultaneously meeting deadlines and prioritizing your day. If you have a positive outlook on life, you are flexible and open to change and committed to learning, you could be just the person we are looking for. Ideally, The successful candidate will have experience in managing busy calendars and dealing with multiple requests daily and is able to action and prioritise accordingly and be fluid in their daily tasks when needed. In doing so you will assist in providing a first class service that our business and clients have become accustomed to. Recruitment support is also part of this role, so you must be comfortable with talking to strangers on the phone both in person and on the phone as well as a self-starter.
