Operations Manager – Orlando Office
Help Build and Scale a Fast-Growing Marketing, Media & AI Company
Location: Celebration, FL, 34747 (in-office role)
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 + growth opportunity
About Us
We’re Paul Gough Media, also known as PhysioFunnels, a fast-growing marketing company at the intersection of marketing, media, and artificial intelligence. We help physical therapy and healthcare business owners attract patients, scale their practices, and leverage AI technology.
Our team of over 30 is split between the UK and the USA, and we’re now building out our U.S. base in Orlando. With big growth plans, including expansion of our AI and marketing platform, we need a strong Operations Manager to stabilize and grow the Orlando office.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments. This is not a corporate middle-management job — it’s a chance to step into the heart of a real entrepreneurial company that’s scaling fast and play a key role in shaping its U.S. operations.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Day-to-Day Leadership: Ensure the Orlando office runs smoothly, staff are supported, and client deliverables are executed on time.
- Management: Of the KPIs, standards and routine of the CONTENT marketing team deliverables
- Team Management and Recruitment: Lead a small but growing team, hold people accountable, and enforce company standards and SOPs.
- Operational Systems: Track and report on KPIs, manage project workflows, and keep leadership updated.
- Legal and Risk: Oversee and enforce the legal and risk requirements of our AI project and platform to allow us to scale
- Problem Solving: Handle challenges before they reach the CEO.
- Collaboration: Work with our UK based Chief Operating Officer to align systems across both geographies.
Who We’re Looking For
- You’ve managed teams of 5 to 15 people before and know how to create accountability.
- You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- You thrive in a growth company environment where things change quickly.
- You’re not afraid to “own it” so that when something falls through the cracks, you step in and fix it.
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable with SaaS tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Bonus: experience in marketing, healthcare, or SaaS companies.
Why Join Us?
Be part of an international team building something exciting and new.
Direct mentorship from a CEO who has scaled multiple companies.
Growth path: as we expand, this role has the potential to evolve into senior leadership.
Competitive salary ($60K–$70K), and the chance to grow with the business.
