We’re looking for an AI Execution Specialist to take ideas from concept to action and ensure our AI tools, systems, and projects run seamlessly. This role is perfect for someone who is genuinely fluent in AI tools — especially Claude and Claude Code — and thrives on turning high-level direction into executed, production-ready results.

You’ll work closely with leadership and the AI team to manage and optimize the tools we use internally and for clients, research new technology, test processes, and roll out updates efficiently. This is a hands-on, AI-first role for someone who opens Claude before their email and gets satisfaction from watching a well-built workflow run cleanly.

The Role: We’re looking for an AI-first doer — someone who lives inside Claude Code and agentic workflows daily and makes things happen. You’ll take high-level direction and translate it into running systems, completed projects, and shipped results. You’ll be responsible for the AI tools and systems we use internally and those that impact our clients, constantly evaluating new technology, testing workflows, and keeping everything running at a high standard. Occasionally, you may jump on calls to clarify or support projects — but mostly, you execute.

Key Responsibilities:
AI Tool & System Management Own and manage the AI tools and platforms we use internally and for clients — primarily Claude, Claude Code, and our broader automation stack. Ensure systems are configured correctly, running smoothly, and up to date. Identify gaps, errors, or inefficiencies early and flag them for resolution.

Project Execution & Coordination Take high-level instructions and execute end-to-end using Claude Code and agentic AI workflows. Track progress, update task boards, and coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Keep projects moving and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Research & Technology Improvement Continuously explore new AI tools, platforms, and workflows that can improve internal efficiency or client outcomes. Test and implement improvements, share recommendations with the team, and help roll out updates smoothly.

Workflow Monitoring & Quality Checks Monitor internal and client-facing AI processes to ensure tasks, automations, and systems are functioning correctly. Review AI outputs for quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth handoffs between tools and team members.

Internal Documentation & Process Support Maintain clear documentation for AI workflows, SOPs, and system updates. Help organize shared systems, reduce bottlenecks, and support smooth day-to-day operations.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication Support collaboration across the team using Slack, Zoom, project management software, and other internal platforms. Follow up on action items, clarify instructions when needed, and maintain strong, proactive communication.

Continuous Improvement & Feedback Identify patterns, suggest process improvements, and contribute to refining AI systems and workflows. Help the team scale operations efficiently and make both internal and client-facing processes easier to execute.

Already fluent in Claude or similar LLMs — you use AI tools daily, not occasionally. Experienced with Claude Code, agentic setups, or multi-step AI workflows. Naturally organized and detail-oriented — you enjoy keeping systems, projects, and tools tidy and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Proactive and thoughtful — you notice inefficiencies or gaps and take action or flag them early. Tech-curious and fast-moving — you enjoy learning new tools and aren’t intimidated by new technology. Process-minded — you like following systems, improving workflows, and documenting how things are done so they can be repeated at scale. Reliable and consistent — when you commit to a task, it gets done. Genuinely excited by AI — you’re interested in what’s happening in AI right now and want to be inside it every day, not just reading about it.

Type: Full time, In Office 

Compensation: $45,000 to $55,000 dependent on experience 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
