Paul Gough Media is a growing marketing agency that helps private healthcare clinics (mainly physical therapists) attract more patients and run more profitable businesses. We offer full marketing support, websites, ads, funnels, and sales coaching.
 

The Role
We’re hiring a sales development rep to handle warm leads from business owners who’ve already shown interest in what we do. Your job is to have conversations, build rapport, and book calls for our closers.
 

It’s not a hard sell, we focus on finding the right fit and setting up quality appointments.
 

What You’ll Do

• Make 125+ outbound calls a day to warm leads
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team
• Follow up consistently and manage your own pipeline
• Use our scripts, tools, and training to stay on track
• Meet daily and weekly targets
   

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales or phone-based customer service
• Confident on the phone and clear communicator
• Organised, consistent, and able to manage follow-ups
• Results-focused and comfortable working to targets
• Tech-savvy and able to use a CRM and video tools
• Straightforward, honest, and easy to work with
   

What You’ll Get

• Commission structure with on-target earnings of £45,000+
