Why This Role Exists
Our social channels generate a steady stream of hand-raised followers—we need a proactive Community Manager who can turn that engagement into booked sales calls and stronger client relationships. You’ll be the friendly first voice in our DMs and comments, building trust that converts eyeballs into appointments.
What You’ll Do
Engage Daily – Answer comments, DMs, and tags across IG, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Spark Conversations – Start meaningful dialogues that position us as the go-to resource for clinic owners.
Book Appointments – Identify buying signals, nurture prospects, and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
Refine Outreach – Work with marketing and sales to test scripts, improve CTAs, and hit monthly target numbers.
Protect the Brand – Monitor channels, resolve issues quickly, and keep the community positive and on-brand.

What We’re Looking For
Entry-level or 1–2 yrs social-media / community-management experience.
Natural relationship-builder with crisp written & verbal communication.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-feedback environment.
Comfortable juggling multiple platforms and basic CRM or spreadsheet tracking.

Comp: $40,000 base salary plus performance incentives.
